Complaints, Concerns and Suggestions

Comments or suggestions are always welcome.

We have a practice-based complaints system as part of the NHS Complaints system - any complaints about the services we provide should be addressed to the Practice Manager. We are unable to deal with complaints about hospital services. We also have a suggestions box in reception.

Nottinghamshire County Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT)

We are contracted by Nottingham County Teaching Primary Care Trust which is the health service organisation responsible for provision of primary and community health services and for planning and purchasing of hospital and other services that you may need.
