Patient Participation Group

Unity Surgery have recently set up a Patient Participation Group. This group currently consists of 8 patients who meet every 1-2 months here at the surgery. Our view is for the group to enable the surgery and its patients to work together to improve services and promote health. Should you wish to participate in this group, please contact the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager.

Our PPG have recently helped create a patient survey which has been distributed to as many patients as possible. From the results of this survey, we have put together a report as to how we, as a Practice and as a PPG, plan to support change and improvements that were highlighted through the patient surveys. Please feel free to read this report and see what plans we have.
