Repeat Prescriptions

Some prescriptions are authorised for repeat issue.  Usually an authorised number of repeats will be allowed before you are requested to make an appointment for review.  We will indicate with your prescription when you need to attend for an appointment with the doctor, a check with the nurse or a blood test.

To order a repeat prescription you may:

  1. Return the computer slip to the surgery with the items you need ticked.
  2. Please allow 2 working days before collection
  3. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the prescription to be posted to you
  4. Some chemists operate a collection service; please ask at your local chemist or at reception.
  5. For safety reasons we cannot accept phone requests for repeat prescriptions.
