Tests and Results

Please deliver urine and other samples before 11.15am when the transport to the hospital leaves the surgery. 

Blood samples will be taken by the phlebotomist at Park House Health & Social Care Centre. 

Please remember to take the pathology form which should have your name/address label on with you when you attend.

We will try our best to contact you if your results require urgent action so please ensure we have your current telephone number.  However, it is your responsibility to contact us for your results.  Please telephone 9877604 in the afternoon between 2pm and 4pm 5 to 7 days after having your blood test.

To maintain confidentiality it is very important that you call the surgery yourself for results, we will not give them to relatives.
