We have had some lovely comments recently and these really boost staff morale. Thank you. Any feedback that specifically mention a member of staff are forwarded to that member of staff.

Here are some comments we have received, those have been passed on to all members of staff

Friendly environment, listening to detail, cheerful staff

Staff show knowledge of their duties, welcoming, listening, explain process, informative. Give time for any concerns

The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone, I managed to get an appointment to see the doctor the same day which to me is important, and at my appointment  the doctor was thorough and respectful

Referral made quickly as requested

I have been with Unity Surgery for nearly 7 years and they have always looked after me so well, especially Dr. Khan who is my main doctor.  They are a very caring practice and comments reflect how well I'm treated.

Seen straight away questions easy to answer

Swift and polite service

I had to have blood taken and it has always been difficult with people struggling to find a vein. My experience today with Zab Ali was great. She was was very quick, did it first time and made me feel comfortable. Changed my outlook on future tests!

I had to cancel as I wasn't feeling too well. My son tried to call the surgery and tell them but each time he tried he was told he was number 10 in the queue. Time was pressing on so he ended up driving to the surgery and told them in person.

Nurse was on time and really put myself at ease. Gave me some good advice

Warm greeting and professionally conducted appointment

Appointment was on time, GP listened to what I had to say and advised appropriately.  Took time to ensure I understood the advice and what he had proposed and approximate timescale.

I was seen on time and that is very unusual.

The nurse is lovely and is as soothing as she can be with a baby screaming at her.
