As a practice we want the surgery to be as accessible as possible and the information we may provide to be accessible.
If you have a sensory or other disability please let us know so we can communicate with you in a way that meets your needs i.e. large print etc.
If you find reading or writing difficult we are happy to talk to you about any matter of concern.
If English is not your first language we can use interpreting for your consultations but we need to know, if possible, in advance.
If you have a learning disability we have easy-read leaflets and letters.
If you need extra time for an appointment please let us know when you book.
If you need another person to support you in your appointment please ask at reception. One of our trained chaperones will sit in with you and support you.
For patients who find it difficult to come into surgery we do offer telephone appointments each day – just ask when you ring for an appointment.
Hearing Aid Batteries
We now supply hearing aid batteries for NHS supplied hearing aids free of charge. Please bring your hearing aid book in with you.
