We are currently running at 95% positive feedback from Family and Friends feedback forms, those can be completed in surgery or by text message received post appointment (As at April 2023)

We have had some lovely comments recently and these really boost staff morale. Thank you. Any feedback that specifically mention a member of staff are forwarded to that member of staff.

| I had to have blood taken and it has always been difficult with people struggling to find a vein. My experience today with Zab Ali was great. She was was very quick, did it first time and made me feel comfortable. Changed my outlook on future tests! |
| I had to cancel as I wasn’t feeling too well. My son tried to call the surgery and tell them but each time he tried he was told he was number 10 in the queue. Time was pressing on so he ended up driving to the surgery and told them in person. |
